Booked this place for 1 day and had an excellent experience with nice food options and good service, making it a peaceful stay.

Very comfortable hotel, good room, delicious breakfast. Convenient location near the station, city center.

The price is high, but in Norway everything is expensive.

The hotel offers good prices and is located in a very central area just off the center of Oslo. the staff members are superbly friendly, and we enjoyed a very good service and a nice breakfast.

Helpful friendly staff made me a take with me breakfast when I had to catch a 5am train without a prompt from me.

I rent a single room for 2 nights but the room was close to the main street that noisy was unavoidable. Couldn't sleep well because of the Tram/Bus travelling outside the hotel as well as the frequent the siren of the emergency service vehicles. The room was extreme small that movement inside the room was so limited. On the second day when I was having breakfast in the dinning room where the alarm was suddenly activiated. I followed the customers to walk out of the hotel but I was not told for any reason of the alarm being activated. I was too desperate at that moment as my travel document and luckage was still kept inside the room. Service provided by the staff of this hotel was considered not too helpful.

This place is in a great spot where you can easily walk to a main church and it's right in front of popular attractions like a cathedral and an opera house.

- Small gym open 24/7, sauna - nice breakfast - location, just over the street from Oslo central station

- I booked double room single occupancy and get single room (very small room, very small bed)

Position was fantastic

On booking my email request for a bath tub and quiet room was not replied to.On arrival the only way I could get the above was to upgrade the room. Our room was very quiet - so much so that we slept in and missed our first breakfast!( Worth getting up for). The room had very little wardrobe and drawer space - we ended up living out of a suitcase. Overall very expensive, but perhaps that's Norway for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the staff was very helpful. the location in the city was perfect. the breakfast had a good variety of options including salmon, cereals, cheese, and pastries.

The staff are amicable and really care about the guests. It offers very good services.

The unbeatable and excellent location, we were next to the central station. the standard queen room was great-sized, heated, with a fairly clean bathroom.

Great location, good price/quality, but above all great staff! We spent a week across Norway and arriving to Rica Oslo Hotel july 31st at 11pm and the staff was absolutely outstanding regarding our needs (Child bed, flight tickets, city info,...). The best staff we met In Norway.

It is just beside the Central Train station and smack in the middle of the City centre. Staff service was also great, particularly a front desk officer, Marlen - she was amazing!

The room was small - very european!
